- Bengaluru Investor Meet under ‘Global Rajasthan Agritech Meet (GRAM) 2026’ draws strong industry participation
- Rs 9 lakh crore investments grounded in Rajasthan, reinforcing investor confidence in the state’s growth story
Bengaluru, NFAPost: In a significant step toward positioning Rajasthan as a leading hub for agricultural innovation, agritech investment, and global partnerships, a successful investor meet was organised in Bengaluru under the ‘Global Rajasthan Agritech Meet (GRAM)–2026’ in the presence of Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma.
Addressing farmers, investors, policymakers, and agritech entrepreneurs, Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma said the ‘Global Rajasthan Agritech Meet (GRAM)–2026’ is organised as part of the state’s efforts to move toward building a strong agritech-driven economy by integrating its traditional agricultural strengths with modern technology.
“Through GRAM 2026, we are committed to ushering in a new era of agricultural transformation by modernising farming practices, enhancing farmers’ incomes, and connecting them with cutting-edge technologies such as AI and agritech innovations, while expanding access to food processing and global markets. This landmark initiative will bring together thousands of farmers, experts, and investors on a single, dynamic platform,” said Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma.
The event was hosted by the Agriculture Department, Government of Rajasthan, in collaboration with the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) and Rajasthan Foundation. The investor meet witnessed participation from key stakeholders across agriculture, agritech, industry, and investment sectors, reflecting growing interest in Rajasthan’s emerging opportunities.

Besides Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma, the Bengluru Roadshow of GRAM2026 also witnessed the presence of Rajasthan Agriculture & Horticulture Minister Kirodi Lal Meena; Rajastha Agriculture & Horticulture Principal Secretary Manju Rajpal; Rajasthan Foundation Commissioner Manisha Arora; Rajasthan Agriculture & Horticulture Commissioner Naresh Kumar Goyal; along with several prominent industry leaders, were present.
“The state government is creating an investor-friendly environment. Out of the ₹35 lakh crore MoUs signed during the 2024 Rising Rajasthan Global Investment Summit, ₹9 lakh crore worth of investments have already been grounded, and we welcome all stakeholders to be part of this transformative journey,” said Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma.
He further emphasised the synergy between the two states, stating Rajasthan is growing, evolving, and embracing progressive change, and together with Karnataka, we can further strengthen our farmers by equipping them with the latest technologies and building a future of shared prosperity.
“I want to highlight the shared vision between the two states. Bengaluru and Rajasthan share a long-standing, cordial relationship built on innovation and progress. As Rajasthan advances steadily toward becoming a Viksit Rajasthan, we invite Bengaluru and the state of Karnataka to partner with us in shaping a new agricultural revolution,” said Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma.
Speaking about the vision of GRAM 2026, the Rajasthan Chief Minister further noted that the government is integrating key departments—including agriculture, electricity, cooperatives, animal husbandry, and fisheries—to create a unified ecosystem for holistic farmer development.
“Our goal is to harness technology to drive sustainable growth and empower our farmers with the tools and opportunities they need to thrive,” added Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma.

Highlighting progress in the agriculture sector, Rajasthan Agriculture & Horticulture Minister Kirodi Lal Meena stated the state government is strengthening the agritech ecosystem through policy support, infrastructure development, and innovation, creating a conducive environment for investors and entrepreneurs.
During the event, a film on GRAM 2026 was showcased, effectively presenting the vast opportunities in Rajasthan’s agriculture and agritech sectors. Extensive deliberations on agriculture, agritech, investment, and partnership opportunities were held during the meet, with participants exploring collaborative pathways to strengthen the sector.
Speaking at the function, Rajasthan Principal Secretary Manju Rajpal said significant reforms are being undertaken in Rajasthan’s agriculture sector, with a focus on technology integration, value addition, and increasing farmers’ income.
“Agritech is creating new opportunities across the state. GRAM2026 is conceptualised to further add value to agriculture and food processing industry with modern technology helping in value addition and production growth,” said Rajasthan Principal Secretary Manju Rajpal.

Progressive farmer Vikram Singh Taratra from Barmer shared his experiences, emphasising the importance of technological innovation in agriculture and the transformative impact it can have on farming communities.
“I started farming potatoes in my village. It became so successful that we are being hunted by various companies which manufacture lace. I want other farmers to also follow the latest farming technologies, but the focus should be given to sustainable farming as followed by indigenous farmers in the state,” said Progressive farmer Vikram Singh Taratra.
Representatives from the Rajasthan diaspora, including leaders from the Bengaluru chapter of Rajasthan Foundation, highlighted the immense potential for investment and partnerships in the state.
FICCI Karnataka State Council Member, Agriculture Subcommittee Chairman & KisanKraft Ltd CMD Ravindra Agarwal concluded that investor meets like GRAM2026 will strengthen dialogue among industry, government, and farmers.
“It will play a crucial role in driving agritech investment and partnerships. Agriculture is the epicentre of all business activities and focus should be made it more sustainable via more value addition,” said FICCI Karnataka State Council Member, Agriculture Subcommittee Chairman & KisanKraft Ltd CMD Ravindra Agarwal.
The Bengaluru investor meet marked a significant milestone in the lead-up to the ‘Global Rajasthan Agritech Meet (GRAM)–2026’, reinforcing Rajasthan’s position as an emerging hub for agritech and agricultural investment.
The main event, GRAM 2026, is scheduled to be held from May 23 to 25, 2026, in Jaipur, with expected participation from investors, industry leaders, and policymakers from across India and abroad.
As part of the preparatory outreach, successful roadshows have already been conducted in Jaipur and New Delhi, with more planned across major cities to further expand the reach of this global initiative.
