Chennai, India, NFAPost: BlueBinaries, a specialised engineering and technology partner to the mobility industry, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the Automotive Testing Business of MicroNova AG, a Germany-based software and systems provider.
The carved-out business will operate as a separate company within the BlueBinaries group under the new name NovaBinaries GmbH. With a projected annual revenue of $50 million, BlueBinaries plans to scale to $100 million in the immediate next years following this acquisition
Founded in 2017 and headquartered in Chennai, BlueBinaries is a specialised engineering and technology startup focused on the mobility industry.
