Mumbai, NFAPost: JSW Greentech Limited, the electric commercial vehicle arm of the JSW Group, announced the first commercial sale of AMPSTAR electric trucks, with an order for 100 AMPSTAR 4×2 55T Tractor Truck electric prime movers for heavy-duty industrial haulage at JSW Cement, Vijaynagar.
The milestone comes as the AMPSTAR 4×2 and 6×4 Tractor Trucks receive certification under the Central Motor Vehicle Rules (CMVR) from the Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI), thereby meeting the safety, performance and regulatory standards required for deployment on Indian roads.
