New Delhi, NFAPost: IDC India announced the winners of the seventh annual IDC Industry Insights Innovation Awards 2020 (IDCIIA 2020) honoring the technology leaders of India.
IDC Industry Insights Innovation Awards program recognizes the achievements of Indian technology leaders who are leveraging digital technology to innovate and deliver business benefits. The awards program also celebrates how technology has been an enabler to build resilient enterprises as they survive and thrive during the time of the pandemic.
IDCIIA 2020 Winners include tech leaders from across verticals in three categories – Excellence in Operations; Excellence in Omni-Experience; and Excellence in Data Intelligence. IDC also announced a Special Award for Business Continuity and Resiliency for a project that mirrors this year’s theme of ‘Resiliency and Innovation: Surviving and Thriving’.
IDC Insights Asia/Pacific Managing Director Dr. Chris Holmes said 2020 has seen technology come to the fore – firstly in technology-powered business resiliency, and now about how to operate in the next normal – technology-powered innovation.
“As Covid-19 impacted, every business had to act fast to continue operations, whether it be enabling work from home, digitally enabled customer engagement or physical and digital automation. The many nominations we received for the awards this year demonstrate how technology has been embedded in all business processes, and digital transformation has become front and center of the business strategy,” says IDC Insights Asia/Pacific Managing Director Dr. Chris Holmes.
