Bengaluru, NFAPost: BLR Roll Co, a snack joint focussed on mouthwatering roll items and started by budding entrepreneurs Praveen and Jerry Joe, began its operation at Horamavu in Bengaluru by opening its first outlet.
Besides rolls of different kinds, BLR Roll Co will also offer exclusive snacking items which are part of authentic European, North American and Latin American cuisines cocked by specialists at its kitchen.
Speaking to TheNFAPost, BLR Roll Co Cofounder Jerry Joe said the venture is their efforts to serve Bengaluru city’s cosmopolitical character and their love for rolls of different flavours via the new QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) brand.
“BLR Roll Co is here to rewrite the rules of rolls and snack with bold flavours and unbeatable tastes. We have a customer-centric focus and roll will be the main items we want to focus in the initial phase of the company to bring more customers. Through our preliminary research, we have made special flavours and spice mixes to give a different tastes for BLR Roll Co rolls. This will provide a memorable experience to individuals and families at BLR Roll Co outlet. ,” said BLR Roll Co Cofounder Jerry Joe.
Along with different rolls in different sizes and flavours, BLR Roll Co also offers other snacks like french fries, samosa, Kerala banana fry, bisket, chocklate etc. BLR Roll Co will also undertake delivery around five kilometres around the outlet.
BLR Roll Co Cofounder Praveen said the company will focus on footfalls and delivery services to expand the business.
“BLR Roll Co Horamavu branch is rather an experiment to amplify our brand among discerning customers in the city of Bengaluru. Hope this new outlet will provide us to further fine tune our product portfolio and focus area,” said BLR Roll Co Cofounder Praveen.
Expressing his vision, BLR Roll Co Cofounder Jerry Joe said the company will open around five outlets in this year in Bengaluru only. “Our vision is to inculcate healthy snacking habits among Indians. We will think of expanding in five more cities in India. During that period BLR Roll Co will raise funds also,” said BLR Roll Co Cofounder Jerry Joe.
