Happiest Health Unveils Its First Ayurveda Clinic in Bengaluru, Pioneering Holistic Wellness

Ashok Soota-led wellness enterprise blends traditional Ayurvedic wisdom with modern clinical care to redefine preventive health

NFAPost, Bengaluru: Happiest Health, India’s first integrated wellness enterprise founded by Ashok Soota, has launched its inaugural Happiest Ayurveda clinic in Jayanagar, Bengaluru. The move marks a significant expansion of the company’s holistic approach to health, integrating traditional healing systems with modern clinical expertise.

At the launch, Ashok Soota, Chairman and Chief Strategy Officer of Happiest Health, emphasized the company’s philosophy of wellness-first care. “We are delighted to open our first Happiest Ayurveda Center — the first of many clinics that will redefine the wellness experience,” he said. “Our approach shifts the focus from treating illness to nurturing holistic well-being, welcoming everyone as ATITHIS — guests on a journey towards balance and vitality. We aim to educate more than we medicate, proactively prevent illness, and offer gentler, evidence-based therapies.”

Central to this vision is Dr. Mahadevan, Medical Director – Ayurveda, a fourth-generation physician with over 35 years of experience. “Ayurveda is not just medicine — it’s a philosophy of living in harmony with nature and oneself,” Dr. Mahadevan explained. “At Happiest Ayurveda, we are bringing this philosophy into practice, helping people rediscover balance amidst their busy lives. From chronic stress and lifestyle disorders to preventive care, Ayurveda offers timeless solutions tailored to each individual.”

The clinic focuses on personalized treatments and therapies for stress management, digestive health, musculoskeletal pain, women’s wellness, skin and hair care, immunity, and preventive health. Designed as a restorative space, the center combines traditional Ayurvedic practices with contemporary clinical supervision, bridging the gap between ancient wisdom and modern wellness needs.

Arvind Krishnan, President & CEO – Wellness at Happiest Health, added, “Our goal is to create an experience where traditional wisdom and modern science work in harmony. This is more than a clinic — it’s a path to lifelong well-being, where compassionate care guides each individual towards a healthier, more balanced life.”

The launch of the Ayurveda clinic comes at a time when urban professionals and families alike are increasingly seeking natural, sustainable, and preventive healthcare solutions. Davis Karedan, Co-Chairman and COO of Happiest Health, noted, “From the consultation experience to the therapies we offer, every element of the space has been thoughtfully designed to integrate wellness into everyday life. We want people to embrace wellness as a daily practice — a way to live with vitality and purpose.”
