Bengaluru, NFAPost: Zayd Noaman has been appointed as the new President of CREDAI Bengaluru for a two-year term, succeeding outgoing president Amar Mysore. At the age of 34, Noaman becomes the youngest individual to hold this position.
He currently serves as the Executive Director to the CMD’s Office at Prestige Group, where he is responsible for Corporate Finance, Business Development, and Strategy.
With a proven track record in real estate development and a strong vision for the future, Zayd Noaman brings a wealth of expertise and a forward-thinking perspective to this esteemed position.
Under his leadership, CREDAI Bengaluru aims to strengthen its commitment to transforming the city’s real estate landscape through innovation, sustainability, and collaboration. Zayd is the Executive Director – Chairman and Managing Director’s Office at Prestige Group, where he is responsible for Corporate Finance, Business Development, and Strategy.
Zayd, the youngest President of CREDAI Bengaluru, is bringing with him an infusion of young minds and modern thinking with the New Office Bearers of CREDAI Bengaluru, including President-Elect Bimal Hegde, MD Chartered Housing, Vice President Karan R Shetty, CEO RJ Group, Secretary Nischay Jayeshankar, Deputy MD, Adarsh Group, Treasurer Shivaram Kumar Malakala, Jt MD, Habitat Ventures and Joint Secretary Abhishek Ahuja, Director Esteem Group. Each of them will serve a two-year term in their respective positions.
Expressing happiness on his appointment, Zayd Noaman saidit is both an honour and a privilege to accept the responsibility of serving as the President of CREDAI Bengaluru.
“I take on this role with humility, purpose, and a commitment to serving our fraternity and this incredible city we call home. Today, Bengaluru is a shining example of balanced urban growth and economic vibrancy. The city remains India’s most resilient and future-ready real estate market,” said Zayd Noaman.
In 2024, he highlighted that Bengaluru accounted for over 17% of all residential sales across India. Zayd Noaman said out of the Four Lakh plus homes sold nationwide, seventy-one thousand were sold in Bengaluru.
“Most of these developments have been envisioned and delivered by CREDAI Bengaluru member developers. This is not just a statistic; it reflects the collective impact, professionalism, and purpose-driven growth that CREDAI Bengaluru represents,” he added.
Zayd emphasised “being a bridge-builder, a bridge between developers and regulators, between opportunity and policy, & between aspirations and action”. With Zayd at the helm, the new team aims to build upon its legacy and reimagine the future of urban development in one of India’s most dynamic cities.
Emphasis will be placed on fostering partnerships with key stakeholders, promoting eco-friendly construction practices, and streamlining processes to benefit developers and homebuyers. Through advocacy, innovation, and effective outreach, CREDAI Bengaluru aspires to elevate industry standards and contribute to the city’s urban development and liveability. Under Zayd Noaman’s leadership, the association is poised to take bold strides in shaping Bengaluru’s real estate future.
