AESL said it is working with Byju’s to build a strong partnership
Bengaluru, NFAPost: Brushing aside the rumours on an acquisition, Aakash Educational Services Limited (AESL) said in a statement said the company is in talks with Byju’s for building a strong partnership.
“The Chaudhry family and Founders, JC Chaudhry & Aakash Chaudhry remain committed and will continue to run Aakash Educational Services along with its management team with the same passion and commitment,” said AESL in a statement.
Putting these speculations of possible acquisition to rest, AESL stated that the company is on a mission to build India’s largest digitally-enabled, omnichannel education company.
“We will accelerate our digital transformation and deliver phenomenal value to our students. We will rapidly expand our omnichannel & digital offerings, as we embark on the next trajectory of quality education & growth,” said AESL in a statement.
The company also stated that AESL remains true to its founder’s motto of ‘Student First,’ enabling the company to deliver long-term value to students, employees, investors and other stakeholders.
