A Culinary Map of India, One Kebab at a Time
The Paradise Kebab Fest is a curated selection of the country’s most popular and flavorful kebabs. On the non-vegetarian menu are rich delicacies like Zafrani Kalmi Kebab from Jammu & Kashmir, Reshmi Malai Kebab from Madhya Pradesh, Salem Chicken Tikka Kebab from Tamil Nadu, Bhuna Chicken Tikka Kebab from Uttar Pradesh, and Nilgiri Chicken Tikka Kebab.
Vegetarians too have reason to celebrate, with innovative options like Thecha Paneer Tikka Kebab from Maharashtraand Mathania Paneer Tikka Kebab from Rajasthan, showcasing how regional vegetarian cuisine can deliver just as bold and complex flavours.
“This festival is our way of celebrating India’s rich culinary tapestry,” said Mr. Swatantra Gautam, Vice President, Culinary at Paradise Food Court Pvt. Ltd. “We’ve gone the extra mile to ensure each kebab reflects its place of origin—not just in spice, but in spirit.”
Seven Decades of Trust, Quality, and Tradition
Paradise’s commitment to quality and hygiene has long been a benchmark in the industry. The brand’s reputation has been cemented through rigorous safety protocols and meticulous culinary standards.
“We have preserved seven decades of culinary authenticity. At Paradise, every dish is a labour of love and tradition,” said Mr. Robinder Singh, COO, Paradise Food Court Pvt. Ltd. “Our kebab festival continues this legacy by blending innovation with authenticity—using high-quality ingredients and time-tested recipes from royal kitchens and street corners alike.”
The food chain’s excellence is well-recognized. Paradise was featured in the Limca Book of Records for serving the most biryanis in a year—over 70 lakh servings in 2017 and more than 90 lakh in 2018. It has also earned accolades like the Asia Food Congress Award for ‘Best Biryani’, the Golden Spoon Award, Times Food Award, and the Pride of Telangana recognition.
From a Theatre Café to a National Icon
What began as a small canteen and café inside the Paradise cinema in Secunderabad in 1953 has today evolved into a national brand synonymous with Hyderabadi culinary heritage. Even after the cinema shut down, the café thrived, undergoing major transformation from 1978 to 1996 to meet modern food habits and urban sensibilities. With a growing presence across India, Paradise is now set on a mission to take its Hyderabadi roots global.
With the launch of the Paradise Kebab Fest, Bangaloreans now have a rare opportunity to indulge in a platter of Indian history—spiced, skewered, and grilled to perfection. For food connoisseurs and curious palates alike, it’s a flavourful journey worth taking.
