Commenting on the event, Arvian Research said the event comes at a time when the Indian government is proposing to take active roles in enabling investment in low-carbon transition and plans to issue its first sovereign green bond.

Also, it will fuel the growth of climate-tech startups in the country as they already attracted $9.3 billion from early-stage funding sources in February and March, bringing total funding in 1Q 2022 to $15.7 billion.
