The new ZS EV has been restyled with striking exterior design elements, comfortable & premium interior, first-in-segment features like Dual Pane Panoramic Skyroof, Digital Bluetooth® Key, Rear Drive Assist, 360° Camera, i-SMART with 75+ Connected Car features, Hill Descent Control & much more. It also packs a globally certified (ASIL-D, IP69K & UL2580) battery that has passed 8 special safety tests, including fire, collision, dust, smoke, etc.

1. Bigger and powerful battery for increased range.
The all-new MG ZS EV comes with bigger 50.3 kWh battery with IP69K and ASIL-D, replacing the 44.5 kWh. With new battery, the car now returns ARAI-claimed range of 461 km in single charge. The car is also equipped with a powerful motor delivering best-in-class power output of 176 PS which can sprint the ZS EV from 0-100kmph in 8.5 seconds. Additionally, the battery has received UL2580 global certification for added safety.

2. Advanced Safety Package.
The updated ZS EV comes with the added safety of 6 airbags, 360-degree camera, Hill Start/Decent Control and Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS). The car is also offered with Rear Drive Assist features includes Blind Spot Detection (BSD), Electronic Stability Control (ESC), and Rear Cross Traffic Alert (RCTA) which detects cars approaching from rear left or right that are out of reverse camera and censors sight.
3. Connected Car Technology.
New ZS EV features MG’s latest i-SMART connected system which now comes with more than 75 connected features. The latest system allows the customer to use over 100 commands to control Skyroof, AC, Music, Radio, Navigation & more. Additionally, it also supports 35+ Hinglish voice commands and features in-car services like Park+, MapMyIndia, Shortpedia and Jio.
4. Digital instrument cluster.
The new MG ZS EV comes with updated 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system in place of older 8.0-inch unit. Along with that, It gets new 7.0-inch digital instrument cluster replacing the analogue dials. On the exterior, other than redesigned front bumper, the car gets new LED headlamps and DRLs LED taillights.
5. MG e-SHIELD.
The new ZS EV is covered under MG’s e-SHIELD program for private customers which provides free-of-charge 5-years warranty for unlimited kilometers, 8-years / 1.5 lac kms on the battery pack system. The company also offers 24/7 Roadside Assistance (RSA) for 5 years, and 5 Labour-free Services.
Currently, the new ZS EV will be available only in top-spec Exclusive trim, while the base-spec Excite trim will be available from July, 2022.
