Flexible-space provider IndiQube has signed up for a 30,000
sq. ft managed office space in Guindy, Chennai.
The centre is a standalone property with a capacity of 600 seats with amenities like a Gaming Zone, Gym, and a Multi-purpose cafeteria. This is IndiQube’s second property in Chennai and the first in Guindy and IndiQube plans to further expand its
footprint in other micro markets of Chennai.
This property is a smart green building powered by MiQube, IndiQube’s proprietary technology platform, with on-demand solutions for Hot Desking, personalised employee services, B2B services and utilities management. This adoption will be coupled with an increased emphasis on employee safety and wellbeing and is customised to fit the needs of all enterprises, startups and entrepreneurs, a release said.
