Bengaluru, NFAPost: GuruKalam Memorial Lecture 2024, organised by Inspired Indian Foundation (IIF) for unsung heroes and inspiring Indians, will be organised at Varkala in Thiruvananthapuram.
As a drum up to the event, the official logo for the 6th edition of Gurukulam Memorial Lecture 2024 was released by Chief Priest (Melsanthi) of Sabarimala Sree Dharma Sastha Temple P N Mahesh Namboothiri.
Speaking to TheNFAPost, Inspired Indian Foundation’s Anantha Krishnan Muralidhara Nair said this year’s event will be a power-packed one with a host of dons from India’s aerospace and defence sectors of India.
“I am happy to see that aerospace and defence industry leadership are expeced to land at the karmabhoomi of Abdul Kalam, ie Thiruvananthapuram. The former President had a 20-year-stint with Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre (VSSC) from 1962 to 1982 while he was part of the #SLV3 mission. #Varkala is 61-km away from TVM,” said Inspired Indian Foundation’s Anantha Krishnan Muralidhara Nair.
Inspired Indian Foundation stated that this year’s event will also see several unsung heroes being hounoured from across India. Out of the 1000-invitees this year, 900 will be from select schools and colleges in Kerala. The entire programme is monitored by a team of scientists and decorated military officials lead by Dr Kota Harinarayana, who is the Chief Mentor of IIF.
The programme will be livestreamed on TMH YT Channel and the link will be shared on associated SM networks.

All volunteers of IIF will have to go through a screening mechanism followed by an interview and verification. The volunteer head for IIF is a senior partner with EY in India and the Coordinator is based out of Dallas in the US.
