Bengaluru, NFAPost: Electronics City Industrial Association (ELCIA) is organising ELCIA Tech Summit on June 26th to foster innovation and entrepreneurship in India, said Karnataka Commerce and Industries Principal Secretary Selvakumar while speaking at the curtain raiser event.
“Karnataka has achieved in the fields of information technology, biotechnology, commerce, and industries. The state’s status as one of the leading destinations in these sectors is primarily driven by a dynamic ecosystem that fosters innovation and entrepreneurship,” said Karnataka Commerce and Industries Principal Secretary Selvakumar while speaking at the curtain raiser event as part of the upcoming ELCIA Tech Summit on June 26th.
Speaking at the curtain recent event Selvakumar also pointed out that the growth Karnataka is witnessing is primarily due to its innovation culture, matured startup ecosystem and maximum utilisation of available R&D facilities backed by global innovation hubs.
“Karnataka is witnessing remarkable growth in IT, BT, commerce, and industries. Our state is becoming a hotspot for new technology startups, which are bringing forward cutting-edge innovations that are transforming industries,” said Karnataka Commerce and Industries Principal Secretary Selvakumar.
He also said the government of Karnataka is fully committed to supporting this development. “We have put in place numerous initiatives to provide the necessary infrastructure, funding, and mentorship to ensure these startups thrive and make significant contributions to the economy,” he said.
“I urge all entrepreneurs and innovators to utilize the facilities and support systems provided by the government. These resources are designed to help you succeed and scale your businesses effectively,” said Karnataka Commerce and Industries Principal Secretary Selvakumar.
