Mumbai, NFAPost: Onsitego, India’s #1 device-care provider, announced the acquisition of Qdigi Services from Quess Corp Ltd, India’s leading business services provider.
Qdigi provides installation, repair, and maintenance services to leading OEMs like Samsung, Apple, One Plus, Xiaomi etc., and online retailers like Amazon. The company has ~1400 employees and operates ~100 company-owned & 200+ franchise service centers.
Qdigi’s capabilities highly complement the device protection business of Onsitego. The acquisition will help Onsitego further enrich its customer service experience and open up new areas of growth such as approaching OEM partners and retailers with new market offerings.
As part of the transaction, the entire team and business of Qdigi will be transferred to Onsitego. Onsitego will pay total cash consideration of INR 80 cr., subject to customary closing adjustments. In addition, Quess will be acquiring a minority stake in Onsitego. The transaction is expected to be completed over the next 2-3 months.

Quess Corp Ltd ED & CEO Guruprasad Srinivasan said in line with the Corporate structure simplification process of business lines, the company has divested its stake in Qdigi.
