Chennai, NFAPost: In a trendsetting gesture, high-end product engineering firm Ideas2IT on Tuesday announced an initiative called employee ownership programme, aimed at providing genuine ownership to the staff to ensure a pleasurable and continuous journey.
Through this programme, the Chennai-headquartered company’s employees will receive a remarkable 33% stake in the company, of which 5% will be given to selected 40 employees who have been with the company since inception and the rest will be distributed to all the employees.
The company has also felicitated its employees by rewarding 50 cars for 50 employees as part of their wealth sharing initiative which was initiated last year.
The founders of the company Murali Vivekanandan and Bhavani Raman, gifted 50 cars to 50 employees and 1/3rd of the company’s ownership to the most reliable employees.
As part of its employee ownership programme, the selected employees will become valued stakeholders, aligning their interests directly with the company’s long-term success.
With the launch of such employee-friendly wealth sharing initiatives, Ideas2IT is poised to transform the employees working experience and forge a strong collaborative corporate culture, emotional attachment with the company and move towards a journey of collective success that extends beyond the workplace, said a release by the company.
