Bengaluru, NFAPost: NFAPostStartupSafari began its journey as part of its second anniversary celebration at Visakhapatnam with the flagging off of the journey by NFA Communication Managing Director and TheNFAPost India Editor Dr Rajesh Palayil on Sunday.
Speaking on the occasion NFA Communication Managing Director and TheNFAPost India Editor Dr Rajesh Palayil said India is on the cusp of grand transformation with the advent of new age startup and their disruptive technologies.
“We are witnessing a an era where changes are happening at so fast and here startups led by its visionary founders are playig a pivotal role with their disruptive technologies. All businesses are vertically and horizontally impacted by these disruption that even policy makers in India will have to keep abreast of these development,” said NFA Communication Managing Director and TheNFAPost India Editor Dr Rajesh Palayil.
He also said the current policy framework available to nurture startup and promote their founders should go through changes as they can more aggressively work on their respective domains.
Karnataka IT/BT Minister Priyank Kharge who blessed the event by communicating his message stating that TheNFAPost has always worked for the growth of state’s innovation ecosystem and its further expansion via ‘Beyond Bengaluru’.
“We already know that NFAPostStartupSafari made its impact in the state with its committed work along with the state government initiatives like Beyond Bengaluru. I know they have reached out multiple tier-2 and tier-3 cities across the state for the last two years and the first anniversary at Mangaluru speakes volumes on its wider acceptance,” said Karnataka IT/BT Minister Priyank Kharge in his letter.
The NFAPostStartupSafari journey started with the participation of TheNFAPost Founder and Editor-in-Chief N V Vijayakumar and Cameraman Ahmed Sharief. The round trip starting from Bengaluru touches Kolar, Tirupati and Nellur on day one.
The first educational institution NFAPostStartupSafari reach out as part of the journey’s first day was IIT-Tirupati. NFAPostStartupSafari team visited the campus and interacted with Director Satyanarayana Kalidindi.
“I appreciate NFAPostStartupSafari for their efforts to reach out to millions of Indian entrepreneurs who are staying in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities while at the same time working in Tier-1 cities. I hope the vision of NFAStartupSafari speakes volumes of their intention as their last two year journey itself impacted more than 40 cities across India. I do hope going forward they can do lot more with dedication and commitment,” said Tirupati IIT Director Satyanarayana Kalidindi.
TheNFAPost newspaper, in association with L&T Technology Services and powered by Nasscom CoE-IoT & AI, is organising the 2nd anniversary of its community building initiative NFAPostStartupSafari at Visakhapatnam on 12th / 13th December. The event is supported by the Andhra Pradesh Government and AP Chamber.
From Nellur it will start to Guntur, Vijayawada and to Visakhapatnam on day two. Day three the 2nd anniversary of the event will be inaugurated by Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy.
The journey will start again on Tuesday evening on its way to Hyderabad. Wednesday there will be interactive sessions at Hyderabad T-Hub and other places. On 14th morning NFAPostStartupSafari willleave Hyderabad to reach Sangli, Sholapur and Kholapur.
NFAPostStartupSafari will reach Belagavi on 15th and participate at the Karnataka Digital Economy Mission (KDEM) organised event Techeceleration 2023 for tech industry leaders, academicians, startups, entrepreneurs and students.
Karnataka IT/BT Minister Priyank Kharge will flag off NFAPostStartupSafari event there to Gulbarga which will also visit Chithapur, Hubballi, Davengare, Tumkuru and reach back Bengaluru.
