The company installs a Thunder Box charging station at Dar-Us-Salam, Hyderabad.
With this addition, ETO Motors has employed 150 Women and Men who drive Electric 3-Wheelers to earn a living and become financially independent.
Hyderabad, NFAPost: ETO Motors, a company which provides end-to-end electric mobility ecosystem, provided 30 Electric 3-Wheelers to women and men drivers hailing from Charminar in Hyderabad as part of ETO EMPOWERS Programme.
The company conceived ETO programme to provide fair employment opportunities to drivers along with providing highly rewarding incentives & benefits like health and life insurance coverage.
Besides Member of Parliament Asaduddin Owaisi and Telangana State Renewable Energy Development Corporation (TSREDCO) Chairman Y. Satish Reddy, the event was graced by MOWO Founder Jai Bharathi, ETO Motors Chief Operating Officer Surender Nath, ETO Motors Chief Business Officer Anthony Daniels and ETO Motors President Women Empowerment Bobby Azmeera.
Speaking at the launch, Member of Parliament Asaduddin Owaisi said today is a momentous occasion as all are gathered here to celebrate the launch of electric autos in the historic city of Charminar.
“This significant step towards embracing sustainable transportation is not only a commendable achievement but also a testament to our commitment to creating employment opportunities and empowering our women. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to ETO Motors for their unwavering support throughout this journey,” said Member of Parliament Asaduddin Owaisi.
He also pointed out that ETO Motors has not only generously funded the vehicles but also played a pivotal role in training the women drivers.
“Our ambitious plan is to create employment opportunities for an additional one hundred women and men drivers in the next six months, with the invaluable assistance of ETO Motors,” said Member of Parliament Asaduddin Owaisi.
In parallel to the launch of electric 3-wheelers, ETO Motors, in partnership with TSREDCO, has also established a robust charging infrastructure. The joint efforts have resulted in the successful installation of three conveniently located charging points at prominent areas: Mogalpura Sports Complex, SRT Ground Yakutpura, and Khalander Nagar Community Hall Santosh Nagar.
These charging points will not only facilitate the smooth operation of electric vehicles but will also enhance the convenience and accessibility for EV owners.
Speaking at the launch, TSREDCO Chairman Y. Satish Reddy said the event is a very important milestone in the renewable energy sector.

I would like to thank the Telangana State Government and our Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri K Chandrashekhar Rao Garu for encouraging and supporting such initiatives as Telangana state becomes no. 1 green and eco-friendly States in India,” said TSREDCO Chairman Y. Satish Reddy.
ETO Motors Head Mobility Services Surender Nath said the company is very happy to have added to its fleet of Electric 3-Wheelers and empowered women and men drivers under the ETO EMPOWERS Programme.
