Bengaluru, NFAPost: Google Cloud announced the introduction of an Accelerator Programme for the Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC), revolutionising the landscape of online buying and selling in India.
Through this program, businesses gain access to Google Cloud’s cutting-edge technology and expert guidance, enabling them to seamlessly join the ONDC network and create innovative digital commerce experiences.
As part of this endeavor, Google Cloud is open sourcing a ready implementation of ONDC infrastructure and core APIs. This implementation is specifically designed to facilitate scalability and security, enabling organizations to concentrate on business critical tasks on the network.
Google Cloud is also granting developers access to Retail Search and Discovery AI, a robust tool that enhances search experiences on the network.
In a bid to further support the ONDC ecosystem, Google Cloud is introducing the Startup Credits program. Eligible organizations that enable ONDC will have the opportunity to apply for a generous $25,000 grant.

ONDC Managing Director and CEO T Koshy said the addition of Google Cloud’s Accelerator Program reinforces the ONDC’s mission to revolutionize the ecommerce landscape, ushering in a new era of efficiency, agility, and customer-centricity.
