As part of the campaign #MyTurnToCare, Tata Tea Gold Care organized a fully tech-enabled on-ground mall activation. They set up a kiosk with a photo booth and a café-like setup where consumers could have a “chai pe charcha” session with their mothers at the Tata Tea Gold Care stall. They also had their photo taken, which resembled a limited edition Mother’s Day pack of Tata Tea Gold Care.
These limited edition packs aim to celebrate the genuine and natural caring bond between a mother and her child, while also highlighting the brand’s ‘care’ proposition. Tata Tea Gold Care is known for its exquisite blend of valley-grown teas with the goodness of five natural ingredients: Tulsi, Ginger, Brahmi, Cardamom, and Mulethi, which contribute to one’s well-being.
To participate in the campaign, participants can submit their picture entry and a special message for their mother on the special microsite www.TataTeaGoldCare.com. The first 1000 entries will win a personalized pack of Tata Tea Gold Care, which will be delivered to their homes within 2-4 weeks.
To amplify the campaign, Tata Tea Gold Care has collaborated with famous social media influencers, including film and TV celebrities like Kajal Aggarwal, Sameera Reddy, Anushka Sen, Jannat Zubair, and Saloni Gaur. These influencers will spread the word about the campaign among their friends and followers.

During the on-ground activity, the customized pack images and messages were simulcasted on the big LED screen in the mall, making the mothers feel like celebrities on Mother’s Day. Consumers were encouraged to capture and share photos and videos of this special moment on social media.
