Sara is stationed at the City Check-in and Travel Store located in Dubai’s financial district. With facial recognition technology, Sara is able to match customers’ faces with their scanned passports and provide assistance with check-in procedures. The robot is also able to guide passengers to the luggage drop area and print boarding passes. Additionally, passengers are able to drop off their luggage as early as 24 hours before their flight.
