Bangalore, 16th January 2023: Superfoods Valley, a Nutrition and Food-Tech startup based in Bangalore launched its flagship product Good Monk, a one-of-a-kind nutrition mix, at an event attended by eminent members of the scientific council. The company also unveiled a new app that helps educate users and creates transparency about the nutritive value of the food we consume.
The event was attended by Dr B Sesikeran, former Director National Institute of Nutrition (NIN) and Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), Mrs. Sheela Krishnaswamy, Renowned Nutrition and Wellness Expert, Dr. Shovan Ganguli, Food Researcher & Scientist, and Dr P R Krishnaswamy, Ex-Director & Founder, Protein Foods and Nutrition Development Association of India, who highlighted the importance and need of such products in the Indian market.
Superfoods Valley, founded by Mr Amarpreet S Anand and Mrs Sahiba Kaur, aims to bridge the nutrition gap and make nutrition easy and accessible for all. Good Monk is the first step in this direction. The product is scientifically designed and tested and helps plug a family’s daily nutrition gap without altering the colour, odour and taste of the food (NO COT).

Good Monk is a unique mix of highly bio-available ingredients such as 130 Cr. Probiotics & Fibre, Lysine (Protein building block), Vit A, B6, B9, B12, C, D, Iron, Zinc, Ashwagandha and Brahmi. The power of 13 Nutri-Herbs helps improve gut health, support immunity, unlock energy and aid mental development. The ‘No COT’ feature of the product makes it easy for mothers to smuggle nutrition into food.

The recommended dosage varies for adults and children – 1 sachet a day for children aged 7 to 12 years and 2 sachets per day for adults (1 sachet per meal).
