4. Company’s business model leverages on growing technologies and uses up-to-date technology to deliver digital courses, which enables the students to engage in self-paced learning. All digital content, including the study materials, is uploaded on cloud-based labs, which may be accessed across the world without any geographical constraints
5. Veranda Learning Solutions’s substantial investments are in content, courseware and technology, with minimum investments in tangible assets. It is expanding its offline presence by engaging with PDPs, where it will develop and manage PDCs. This will enable us to swiftly expand our network with minimum investments
6. During the nine-month period ending December 31, 2021, a total of Online Students and professionals have enrolled across all its courses, of which 16,793 has enrolled for offline models and 25,874 for online model
7. With the acquisition of Edureka, the company has entered into the market to provide instructor -ed learning in the niche information technology area-related courses. The acquisition of Edureka also facilitates the company’s access to international markets – the United States and the United Kingdom. Through this acquisition, the company will continue to expand its overseas customer base.
