Office Space provider, DevX, has forayed into Hyderabad with a 700-seater centre.
It is located in the Hi-Tech city, among the prominent commercial spaces in India, hosting global tech giants like Oracle, Google, Facebook, Amazon and many more. The centre is spread across 50,000 sq. feet and DevX will further augment it with additional 3 lakh sq feet in the next 1 year. The company is planning a pan-India presence by December 2021 with 15 centres.
Having recently emerged as Gujarat’s top and largest provider in the Managed office space segment, DevX, is a co-working cum accelerator founded in September 2017 by 3 entrepreneurs Rushit, Umesh Parth (the RUPaiyya trio as they are known in the ecosystem) and one listed entity: Dev Information Technology Ltd.
The company was envisioned as A Startup Accelerator focussed on nurturing innovative startups by providing them with the all requirements. Positioning DevX as an equal partner in growth, the company supports through their allied strategic partnerships and services. The different initiatives of DevX are thus structured to build synergies, encouraging brainstorming and cross-pollination of ideas as a means of collaborative growth and development. The company’s initiatives address requirements across the value chain.

HiTech City is already home to many global giants and the company hopes to further add to this, being ready to offer spaces for setting up Global Capability Centres.
It also strives to be there across India by December 2021, with 10 cities and 15 centres.
