ABB has been named one of the world’s most sustainable companies by Corporate Knights, an international media and research organisation. Ranked 33, ABB significantly improved its score versus last year’s ranking.

Global 100 companies represent the top 1% in the world on sustainability performance. To determine the ranking, Corporate Knights transparently analysed over 8,000 companies against global industry peers on a suite of up to 24 quantitative key performance indicators, covering resource management, employee management, financial management, clean revenue & investment and supplier performance that are weighted to reflect each industry’s impact profile.

With its 2030 sustainability strategy launched in November 2020, ABB is actively enabling a low-carbon society as well as working with its customers and suppliers to implement sustainable practices across its value chain and the lifecycle of its products and solutions.
