Herbea has been conceptualised as a confluence of legacies, expertise, and vision to create a path to a balanced and healthy lifestyle. Herbea teas have been curated keeping in mind the varying modern-day sensibilities and lifestyle requirements. There are seven different variants of tea.
The tea variants include DIGES TEA for better digestion, STABILI TEA for fighting diabetes by maintaining sugar balance, DETOX TEA for removing impurities from body, COOLING TEA for cooling the mind from hectic schedule, IMMUNI – TEA for helping improve immunity, DE-STRESS TEA to calm down the nerves, AGILI – TEA for better metabolism.

The teas are made of ingredients endorsed as highly effective in the science of Ayurveda such as fennel, punarnava, country rose, ananta, coriander, amla, triphala, ginger, among many others.
The founders Herbea have endeavoured to re-create the age-old culture of infusion teas to suit modern lifestyles. More products will be added going forward.
The brand Herbea, which is the brainchild of Indraneel Chitale, a fourth-generation member of the famed Chitale group. Chinmay Bhosale a dynamic and well-known lawyer and Dr Sukumar Sardeshmukh an Ayurveda expert, further enhanced the legacy of the brand.
The founders are giving primacy to Ayurvda for a holistic healing and launched various products with an intention to make the value and enigma of Indian herbs and super foods accessible to the world.

Speaking about the new product launch, Herbea Co-founder Indraneel Chitale said a healthy lifestyle and strong immunity are the cornerstones to holistic well-being – something that has been underscored by the recent pandemic as well.

As per 2019 statistics India is the second largest producer of tea in the world with a total production of 1,339.70 million kgs. Total tea export stood at $ 830.90 million in FY19 and $ 826.47 million in FY20. The total tea export of team from India was US$ 281.39 million in April–August 2020 and for August 2020 it was US$ 69.44 million.
