Winners of Prestigious Black Unicorn Award Revealed During Black Hat USA 2020

Bengaluru, NFAPost:  Gurucul, a leader in Unified Security and Risk Analytics technology for on-premises and the cloud, today announced that CEO Saryu Nayyar has been named among the Top 100 Women in Cybersecurity for 2020 by Cyber Defense Magazine as part of the annual Black Unicorn Awards. Saryu was selected from a pool of the industry’s most accomplished and respected women for her leadership skills and cybersecurity expertise.

“It is an absolute honor to be recognized alongside so many of my peers as a Top 100 Woman in Cybersecurity for my pioneering work in applying data science to automate real-time threat detection and response, and model-driven security,” said Saryu Nayyar.

Gurucul was co-founded by Saryu and was recently recognized as the Best Behavior Analytics/Enterprise Threat Detection product in the coveted SC Awards Europe 2020. The company was also awarded a 2020 Fortress Cyber Security Award for the Best Security Analytics product.
