New Delhi, NFAPost: Raheja Developers Ltd., one of the leading real estate companies in the country, has appointed Achal Raina as its Chief Operating Officer (CEO) with primary responsibility to manage entire marketing and sales on the Company along with other responsibilities and to bring in several transformational changes.
Having an experience of more than 30 years, Achal started his career in 1989 with DLF and was part of some exciting project launches in the NCR. With deep industry expertise and knowledge, Achal played a vital role in launch Three (3) real estate brands in the NCR Market –VIPUL, M3M and LOTUS GREENS (NOIDA).
He has held CXO / Director level positions with several companies in the past including, BPTP, Emaar – MGF, Lotus Greens etc. and has overseen the entire spectrum of business development activities (including complete project lifecycles) and building strong Teams and a strong network of key clients and earning substantial and sustained success. He is a People’s person having excellent relationships, with Channel Partners / Customers / Financial Institutions and others in the market.
